> The technical properties of our plaster tile machine


An interchangeable head, modular machine for producing tiles of different thicknesses.
A modular type machine for perfectly satisfying client production requirements. (3 or 5 modules, each having a separate extrusion cylinder producing a maximum effort of 80 tonnes/cylinder).
The interchangeable head system: the same machine can produce tiles of different thickness: 50-60-70-80-100 mm (Converting between thicknesses takes approximately 3 hours).

The capacity for producing solid or hollow tiles using the same equipment.
The moulding head is used to produce hollow or solid tiles by means of retractable pillars (it takes one hour to convert from one type of production to another).

Guaranteed corrosion-proof through its fully stainless steel design.
The moulding head manufactured entirely from 18-10 stainless steel. All the moulding components are coated with a 5 0 μm film of pure polished edged chromium.
Anti-corrosion guarantee, even if the chromium film is accidentally fractured

Manufacturing hollow tiles
